Beef Stew10 oz. pouch7 - 8 minutes
Cut an "X" in the pouch and place pouch "X" side down in a glass casserole. Cook 5 minutes. Remove pouch, cover and continue cooking. Stir once.

Breakfast in
aluminum tray
4 1/2 oz.2 - 3 minutes
Remove aluminum foil top and cover with waxed paper or plastic wrap.

Cabbage rolls, stuffed14 oz.7 - 9 minutes
Place cabbage in a 1 1/2 qt. glass casserole and cover. Turn cabbage rolls over once during the cooking period.

Chicken à la king5 oz.3 - 5 minutes
Cut an "X" in the pouch and place pouch "X" side down in a glass casserole.

Chicken, batter fried16 oz.8 - 10 minutes
Place chicken in a glass baking dish with thin portion of chicken pieces toward the center. Do not pile chicken.

Chicken, creamed6 1/2 oz.5 - 6 minutes
Place creamed chicken in a 1 qt. casserole. Cover. Stir once.

Fish sticks, breaded4 fish sticks1 1/2 - 2 1/2 minutes
Arrange fish sticks in a circle on a paper plate. Cook uncovered until fish flakes easily.

Lasagna21 oz.16 - 18 minutes
Place lasagna in a glass baking dish. Cover and heat for 8 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Continue to heat 8 - 10 minutes. Rotate the dish once.

Macaroni, beef & tomatoes11 1/2 oz.7 - 8 minutes
Place macaroni casserole in 1 1/2 qt. casserole. Cover. Stir once.

Macaroni & cheese12 oz.7 - 8 minutes
Place macaroni and cheese in 1 1/2 qt. casserole. Cover. Stir once.

Peppers, stuffed2 servings8 - 10 minutes
Place peppers in a glass casserole and cover. Stir sauce once.

Potatoes, baked stuffed25 - 7 minutes
Place potatoes in a glass baking dish; cover.

Potatoes, Tater Tots16 oz.4 - 6 minutes
Spread potato pieces on a paper plate.

Pot pie8 oz.8 - 10 minutes
Remove pot pie from aluminum foil container and place in glass casserole. To obtain a crisp crust, place in conventional oven at 425 degrees F. for an additional 15 minutes.

Rice, frozen cooked10 oz. pouch5 minutes
Cut an "X" in the pouch and place pouch "X" side down in a glass casserole.

Salisbury steak with gravy14 oz.8 - 10 minutes
Place steaks in a glass baking dish and cover. After 5 minutes separate steaks and turn over.

Sauce, frozen7 oz.1 - 2 minutes
Place sauce in a 2-cup glass measuring cup.

Scallops or shrimp, breaded7 oz.1 - 2 minutes
Arrange fish in a circle on a paper plate and cook uncovered.

Spaghetti & sauce14 oz. pouch5 - 7 minutes
Cut an "X" in the pouch and place pouch "X" side down in a glass casserole.

Swiss fondue10 oz. pouch4 - 5 minutes
Cut an "X" in the pouch and place pouch "X" side down in a glass casserole. Stir well before serving.

 
TV Dinners:
Meat and potato entrée9 - 10 oz.6 - 7 minutes
Remove aluminum foil cover and cover with waxed paper or plastic wrap. Or, food can be transferred to a non-metal cooking utensil or plate; reduce cooking time 1 minute.

Meat and two vegetables16 oz.7 - 8 minutes
Same as above.

Complete dinner:
soup, meat, vegetable & dessert
16 oz.2 minutes
7 minutes
Heat soup first in separate container, 2 minutes.

Place remaining food in a non-metal cooking utensil or plate, cover and heat 7 minutes.

Tuna-noodle casserole11 1/2 oz.6 - 7 minutes
Transfer contents of package for a 1 1/2 qt. glass casserole. Cover. Stir once.

Welsh rarebit10 oz.5 - 6 minutes
Place welsh rarebit in 1 qt. casserole. Cover and cook 2 minutes. Stir, continue cooking and stir after each minute.

Empty stew into 2 quart covered casserole. Stir twice during cooking period and before serving.

Potato salad,
German style
15 oz.5 - 6 minutes
Empty potato salad into 1 1/2 qt. covered casserole. Stir once during cooking period and before serving.

Sauce8 oz.1 1/2 - 2 minutes
Empty sauce into 2-cup glass measuring cup. Stir once during cooking period and before serving.

Spaghetti
with meat balls
15 oz.5 - 6 minutes
Empty spaghetti into 1 1/2 qt. casserole. Stir once during cooking period and once before serving.

Soup10 3/4 oz.3 - 4 minutes
Add milk or water to soup in 2 qt. covered casserole. Stir once or twice during cooking period and before serving.

Vegetables8 oz.1 1/2 - 2 minutes
Empty vegetables into 1 qt. covered casserole. Stir once during cooking period and before serving.

 12 oz.2 - 2 1/2 minutes
Same as above.

 16 oz.2 1/2 - 3 1/2 minutes
Empty vegetables into 1 1/2 qt. covered casserole. Stir once during cooking period and before serving.

Dry Mixes

Dehydrated soup mix2 3/4 oz.pkgs.
with 4 cups water
Water - 6 - 8 minutes
Add mix - 4-5 minutes
Pour water into 2 - quart casserole and heat to boiling. Add soup mix and heat 4 - 5 minutes.

Hamburger Helper1 pkg.Meat - 5 minutes
18 - 22 minutes
Cook meat first in 3 quart casserole. Add mix and water according to pkg. directions. Cover and cook 18 - 22 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Instant Mashed Potatoes3 - 4 servings2 - 3 minutes
Heat water, butter and salt in microwave oven.

Noodles Romanoff mix6 1/4 oz.10 minutes
Add 1 1/2 cups water and 1/2 cup milk to mix in a 2 quart casserole. Cover and cook. Stir occasionally.

Scalloped potatoes mix5 1/8 oz.15 - 18 minutes
Follow package instructions and place all ingredients in a 3 quart casserole. Cover and cook until potatoes are tender. Stir occasionally.

Skillet casserole mixes12 - 18 oz.Meat - 5 minutes
Casserole - 7 minutes
Cook meat first in a 2 quart casserole. Add remaining ingredients, reducing liquid by 1/4 cup. Cover and cook. Stir occasionally.

Tuna Helper1 pkg.1/ - 22 minutes
Place tuna in 3 quart casserole. Add mix and water according to pkg. directions. Cover and cook 18 - 22 minutes. Stir occasionally.
